In other cases where no other information has been provided, the personal data are erased 18 months after it was gathered.
When signing up for Carnegie’s newsletter “Carnegie Insight” at the website, we will register your name and e-mail address in order to send you the newsletter. Additionally, we might contact you at the provided e-mail address with other information about our products and services. If you are not interested in receiving the newsletter or any other information, please contact us, if you want us to erase your personal data.
The entrance to Carnegie’s office is under surveillance by cameras to prevent and monitor potential criminal acts and to protect our guests and employees. The recorded material is erased within 30 days.
If you are in telephonic contact with our customer service department (“Kundeservice”), the call will be recorded pursuant to obligations by law.
You have the right to be informed which personal data Carnegie processes on you. Furthermore, you have the right to rectification and to request erasure of personal data and the right to restriction and transfer of such data.
