Axcel V (‘Axcel’) has entered into an agreement to acquire a majority share in Gubi A/S (‘GUBI’) from its current majority shareholder, Jacob Gubi. The current management team and founder, who has been part of establishing the current operational platform, will remain with GUBI to further grow and expand GUBI’s position as a leading luxury and affordable luxury designer focusing on furniture and lighting products.
