Carnegie acted as exclusive financial adviser to NordEnergie Renewables and its shareholders in the divestment of 100% of the shares to Sampension for a total consideration of approx. DKK 1.4bn.
NordEnergie Renewables has built a portfolio of onshore wind parks since its inception and today owns and operates 14 wind farms located in Germany (13) and Sweden (1) with a total capacity of 146MW. The acquisition strengthens Sampension in its strategic goal of building a portfolio with direct exposure to low risk infrastructure assets.
