The original founders of Soyaconcept have acquired 3i Group’s 45% stake in Soyaconcept through the holding company Sushi Newco. 3i acquired a 45% minority stake in Soyaconcept in 2008. With the transaction, the founders of Soyaconcept will resume full ownership of the company.
Soyaconcept is a fashion design company located in Southern Jutland and sells fashionable, value-priced women’s clothing to more than 1,000 independent clothing retailers across Denmark, Scandinavia and various European countries, such as the Netherlands, Finland, Iceland, Belgium, Spain, Austria, Switzerland and Poland as well as Canada.
