Carnegie acted as exclusive financial adviser to Arkitektgruppen in securing construction financing for property development.
Arkitektgruppen is developing approx. 8,800 sqm across 76 exclusive residential owner apartments and 2 commercial units with prime location towards Amager Beach park in Copenhagen.
The Danish pension fund PKA has provided the construction financing with more flexible terms than the banking market could offer. This is the third transaction for construction financing that Carnegie has placed following the construction financing for Carlsbergbyen and the apartment project in the South Harbour of Copenhagen.
