Carnegie placed 2.5 million shares in Nordjyske Bank A/S

Carnegie placed 2.5 million shares in Nordjyske Bank A/S on behalf of Spar Nord Bank A/S. The placing represents approx. 21% of the share capital of the bank (post the acquisition of Nørresundby Bank A/S).

Spar Nord Bank A/S has concluded agreements with investors, which means that Spar Nord Bank A/S will not become a shareholder of Nordjyske Bank A/S if the tender offer for Nørresundby Bank A/S made by Nordjyske Bank A/S is accepted.
