Placing of shares in Solar A/S (DK) – DKK 162m

Carnegie acted as Sole Bookrunner in the placing of 600,000 shares in Solar, on behalf of Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker A/S, at a subscription price of DKK 270 per share. The placing took place through an accelerated bookbuilding process targeting local and international investors.
